Our strategy focuses on acquiring rundown or underperforming homes in promising locations and renovating them to a high standard before listing them for rental. This approach allows us to:

3. How You Earn
Once you’ve bought shares, you’ll receive monthly rental income based on your share of ownership. This income is deposited directly into your in-app wallet, where you can track returns in real time.
Property value growth is realized only when you sell your shares — giving you the opportunity to benefit from rising property prices over time.

4. Selling Your Shares
We give you flexible options when it comes to exiting your investment:

Sell to other users: You can list your shares on our in-app marketplace at the current property value. Other users can buy them at any time. A 1% transaction fee applies, capped at £10 for shares valued over £1,000.

Instant Buyback: Need faster access to funds? We offer an immediate buyback option:

20% fee if sold within the first 12 months

When the property is sold: Each property is typically held for 5 to 10 years, depending on market conditions. When the property is sold, you'll receive 100% of your share of the final sale value, including any capital growth.
This structure gives you both liquidity and long-term upside, with the flexibility to exit on your terms.
